Autobag® Maximizer™ - Continuous motion conveyor system

This packaging conveyor allows a single operator to package individual or mixed parts into kit packs with increased productivity. The Maximizer conveyor is easily integrated with the Autobag AB 180 bagger for a high speed in-line packaging system.

• Multiple adjustments and control capabilities expands packaging system flexbility.

This packaging conveyor system integrates multiple Accu-Count vibrating counters with a conveyor system to automatically count and collate small components into packaged kits. The Kit-Veyor is DeviceNet compatible and works with Autobag bag packaging systems for a significant labor savings in high productivity kit packaging applications.
